Blueprint for grid-aware charging plazas
Share
The Province of Zeeland has awarded a consortium consisting of Aers Energy BV, NV Economische Impuls Zeeland (Zeeland Connect) and hmak BV a subsidy to investigate the feasibility of grid-aware charging plazas. The findings of this feasibility study will be combined into a blueprint. They will receive €41,389 for this.
A grid-aware charging plaza is being developed with a view to the capacity of the electricity grid with the aim of distributing the load on the electricity grid as efficiently as possible. Within the feasibility study, the technical, organizational and economic feasibility of various alternatives is being investigated. The study provides a blueprint for transport companies that are bound to a limited grid connection (< 3*80A) and have no prospect of reinforcement before 2030.
